Tina Sodhi is a finance executive that founded the Art of Breathing in order to bridge the gap between meditation and the corporate world. Inspired by Kundalini Yoga, an ancient method known as the “yoga of awareness," Tina has discovered a natural way to manage stress, stay energized and maintain balance with simple conscious breathing techniques that can be easily applied in today’s busy lifestyle. In addition to her practice in yoga and work in private equity, Tina loves exploring new cultures and playing tennis in her spare time.
