Angie uses her experience as an actress and play write to talk about ho theater can tell the history of a small town. Theater can bring people together, and also help in other ways such as economically. Local theater history can help inspire a community of people to take action and Angie specifically tells the story of Holly Springs, North Carolina. Angie is an actress, director, and playwright and believes that theater is a medium for social change and community empowerment.
