Initially discouraged to participated in a cyber-security club in school, Carissa Ritzler's TED talk focuses on the changes everyone can make to have women be successful in computer science and other cyber related fields. Carissa Ritzler is a senior from the Dayton Regional STEM School, and a student dedicated to the field of science. She is highly interested in computers and technology and is excited to share with you her story about #stem and #womeninstem.
