Sports in Pakistan has been suffering from numerous issues. However, the role that the society plays in the development and encouragement of sports among the youth is one of the major reasons why the situation exists. The speaker proposes solutions that could be implemented at school level to promote sports culture so that there is betterment at a macro level Mr. Saeed Husain is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree from The College of Wooster, Ohio, USA, in the field of Anthropology and Political Science, and is also the Chief Copy Editor of The Wooster Voice, which is a student-run publication. He graduated from Beaconhouse School System PECHS Campus (IB Diploma Programme) in 2017 where he served as the head of the literary society due to his remarkable writing skills. Mr. Saeed, being a die-hard cricket fan, an athlete and a good writer, pursued his passion of sports and journalism together by serving as the Sub-Editor (Sports Desk) at The Express Tribune during High School in Pakistan.
