Possessing âWSET Level 3â training in wines and spirits, he has managed renowned Taj Mahal Hotel, Restaurant Wasabi by Morimoto, New Delhi and Akira Back with other Bars of Hotels. Working for JW Marriott New Delhi to being a member of Marriottâs Asia Pacific Beverage Advisory Board, Ankur has established restaurants, âMasala Libraryâ by Jiggs Kalra and âMade in Punjabâ and has built an outdoor catering firm âOne fine Mealâ and a beverage enterprise âScope Bevâ.
