Ankur Chawla, a survivor of the 26/11 terrorist attacks shares his experience and talks about being optimistic in life. Gives the message of cheers to life. Ankur Chawla is an Entrepreneur, an Author and a Sommelier. He is a survivor and an author of “14 Hours, An Insider’s Account of 26/11 Taj Attacks”. Possessing “WSET Level 3” training in wines and spirits, he has managed renowned Taj Mahal Hotel, Restaurant Wasabi by Morimoto, New Delhi and Akira Back with other Bars of Hotels. Working for JW Marriott New Delhi to being a member of Marriott’s Asia Pacific Beverage Advisory Board, Ankur has established restaurants, “Masala Library” by Jiggs Kalra and “Made in Punjab” and has built an outdoor catering firm “One fine Meal” and a beverage enterprise “Scope Bev”. Being a Speaker-cum-panelist, he has showcased his uniqueness at Asia’s â€" Oceania Baron’s Table at the Hong Kong International Wine and spirits fair and Spiritz Awards 2016. He Has garnered titles and awards such as “Sommelier of the Year 2016” and Top Chef Awards. He has a golden heart, a heart whose master is an entrepreneur, an Author and a Sommelier.
