While we talk about 21st century skills for our millennials , are we missing out on attitudes and value disposition ? What do we need to live as a cohesive community ? How do we make meaning out of our life, different cultures, human geography, political systems, economic opportunities, personal decisions, health issues, family issues, schooling, jobs, religions, geography, war, peace, and more! How do we experience and express in ways that are engaging , in the language everyone, especially young people understand . Parag Mankeekar is a Social-tech Entrepreneur and Founder of Neeti Solutions, an information technology company using gamification and other immersive tools to bring a changemaking user experience. He has worked extensively in health, medicine, HIV/AIDS, livelihoods and social challenges such as disaster management and emergency response. He was core group member of designing, developing three multi-disciplinary hospitals and couple of social enterprises. He has also worked in researching and understanding terrorism both in India and Afghanistan. He is currently leading the scaling up of ``RealLives``- a social/serious simulation game, ranking in top five in global ranking out of 1200 simulation games. The cloud RealLives model is designed to add value by disrupting STEM model of education.
