interdisciplinary education and why it's good for you Dr. Lefkothea-Vasiliki Andreou has a BSc in Biochemistry, a MSc in Biotechnology, a BA in English Language and Literature and her PhD is in Auditory Neuroscience (UCL, London). Her publications are in an array of domains such as neuroscience, molecular biology, human-computer interaction, history and education. She has taught in primary, secondary and tertiary education. Her aspiration is the access and inclusion to education for all. To this end, she has been setting up projects that make use of existing infrastructures and the creativity of individuals to enable young people to expand their skills and capabilities. She is the co-organizer of the course FLC DUTCH at the University of Ioannina. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
