Why success will keep you moving | Courtney Gras | TEDxDanubia

Courtney Gras had it all â€" a dream job at NASA as power systems engineer, something she has been dreaming of since being a little child. Then she decided to quit. She realized that success is an experience, a journey or a state of mind rather than something you can reach and be satisfied with forever. As she said, you can either stay in your comfort zone or try something new... and succeed! Courtney Gras is an engineer by training and an entrepreneur by nature. Having raised nearly a quarter-million dollars for her startup, she left her job of power systems engineer at NASA and started to work for her own company. Courtney now utilizes her engineering background to serve the tech-entrepreneur community by supporting and empowering young entrepreneurs and building strong startup ecosystems. She currently serves as Executive Director for Launch League, a nonprofit organization based in Ohio that seeks to increase the success of startups by establishing connections between founders and resources. She was named a “Forbes 30 Under 30” in 2016. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
