As the former vice governor of Baruun-Urt and the owner of a highly successful construction company, D. Khosbayar knows a thing or two about turning big plans into reality. In this interesting presentation, D. Khosbayar explains the most critical things he learned from his time as both a vice governor and company head. He then explains how the things he learned can be applied by those who have dreams of implementing large-scale plans or projects of their own. Through the lens of one of the most successful people in Baruun-Urt, audience members are left with the opportunity to create their own personal roadmaps for success. Mr. D. Khosbayar has led a distinguished life in both the private and public sector. Beginning his career as a project manager for various construction companies based out of Mongolia's Sukhbaatar province, Mr. D. Khosbayar has used his intimate knowledge of promoting and sustaining urban development to run for and become elected to the position of Baruun-Urt's vice governor. One of the key characteristics of Mr. D. Khosbayar's vice governorship has been his knack for drawing financial investment to Baruun-Urt from a variety of wealthy Mongolian companies. Mr. D. Khosbayar has used the increased financial investment in Baruun-Urt as a means to create more stable and financially rewarding employment for local residents.
