Performance | Speech and Drama | TEDxLPCUWC

A short, comical performance done by the speech and drama club at Li Po Chun United World College. Speech and Drama is a part of LPC Quan Cai program and directed at all the dramatastic theater-lovers in LPC. Throughout the year, Speech and Drama students having been exposed to a variety of exercises and themes, including trust, dramatization, body consciousness, voice, dialogues and improvisational theater. Speech and Drama participated in the HK Speech Festival 2016, which was an enjoyable and exciting experience resulting in the performers receiving multiple awards. For today’s performance, the Speech and Drama crew will ask the audience to break the fourth wall and engage with a short, improvised performance. While having prepared some forms, the performers will be basing their response entirely on input from the audience. Hence, no prepared acts, no script; a blank page… This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
