When working on a project, a large portion of time tends to go towards coming up with the initial idea. Natural Selection of Ideas is a framework for choosing which ideas to follow and which ideas to let pass, hopefully shortening the process. Julian is an author, the advisor for a high school youth leadership group, and an improv hobyist!
