During this year's TEDxNairobi, Benjamin Ayimba spoke about ways to change the game and bring the glory back to Kenya Rugby. Rugby is the only team sport where Kenya has consistently excelled in the world, until now. Many commentators and fans are asking why that’s happening when the level of talent on the field remains as high as ever. Benjamin Ayimba is a former player coach and coach who made history by representing Kenya at three World Cups.
