Striving towards a co-creative society, bound together by "Will". | Fuminori Ito | TEDxTsukubaSalon

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Through his diverse experience in several industries, Fuminori Ito truly comes to believe “A company is its people”. After being blessed with a child, Fuminori discovers his passion and "Will" towards contributing to his local community. With the East Japan Crisis, his "Will" became stronger than ever, and decides to found the general incorporated foundation “Co-Create Tsukuba”. As is its name, Co-Create Tsukuba aims to provide an environment, where people can share their "Will" and help it become a reality. Hometown in Fukushima and now residing in Tsukuba, Fuminori Ito has experienced numerous management positions in the hotel and manufacturing industry throughout his life. Fuminori is now the Director of the general incorporated foundation “Co-Create Tsukuba”. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
