From Ludhiana to the World | Jasleen Royal | TEDxJUIT

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Jasleen talks about her journey as a singer and her idea to move beyond and work for her passion. She discuses about how she was motivated about singing and how her voice reached to the global audience. She ends the talk with a mesmerizing performance. A semi- finalist from India’s Git Talent whose videos have been watched by over half a million people.She is probably the only lady in the business who sings as a one piece band,with an acoustic guitar,Harp(Mouth Organ- On a stand) and at times a piano.Her songs have their origins from the slightest of human emotions.She sings in Punjabi, Hindi and English bundled with a few original compositions.Out in the Bollywood, her songs bear the touch of an innocent soothing voice.
