Propelling Development through Investing in Science | Battuvshin Lkhagvasuren | TEDxUlaanbaatar

An internationally recognized neuroscientist and researcher Battuvshin shares some fascinating facts on the current state of neuroscience development of Mongolia and his vision of the future prospects. Battuvshin Lkhagvasuren got his Ph.D. in the field of neuroscience from Kyushu University, Japan. He works as a research fellow and lecturer at the Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA. He is the Asia-Pacific Committee member of the International Brain Research Organization, head of the Mongolian Society of Psychiatry. In future, Battuvshin wants to establish brain research institute in Mongolia. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
