Mr Shibu Nambiar is the CFO of Genpact Europe and from this position he is using his expertise to support and promote the importance of the human input in the development of technology today. More and more so than before, technology is evolving into the era of replacing human labor force and this phenomenon might generate difficulties both in the business and in the private sectors of life, alongside with other issues that we may not be fully aware yet.
