What is the cause of our discontent? Is this because of the fact that the masters come from the wrong landmarks, which traditionally serve as fashion trends and color types? Or, the reason is the fact that we ourselves do not know what we want when we deciding to change our appearance? And, maybe, it is because of we are simply not psychologically ready to change attitudes towards others around us and we are afraid to accept it? This speech is about the psychological underpinnings of the image change, about the internal needs of the client, which the hairdresser should take into account, and about the impression that we make on others.
