In August 2007, she gained control over ELLE China and served concurrently as publisher and editorial director. She brought life to the first major international women's magazine on the Chinese market and has since established a brand new international ELLE brand that encompasses print magazines as well as websites, television, credit cards, iPad electronic magazines, mobile apps, and social products. She also actively promoted new models and helped the growth and development of native designers. She published the book Elegance in 2012 and shared her ten-year experience as a blogger. This book has become the guide for metropolitan women and a bestseller on women's bestselling charts. She was selected as one of the most influential people in the global industry by Business of Fashion (BoF) in 2015. In the network ecosystem survey released by McCann in 2016, Xiao Xue ranked first in the new media influence list. Xiao Xue quickly adapted her new role as a professional movie producer in Hong Kong Goldern Harvest Entertainment Company after graduating from college in 1992. In 2000, she started tapping the magazine industry and soon became a publisher and chief editor, having a wide range of influence in fashion and entertainment industries.
