What does a movement led by young people look like? How can it be supported? Is it feasible, or beneficial? It is these questions, and others, that the Good People's Group and Audrey Baldwin seek to answer. A Pittsburgh Transplant from New Mexico, Audrey, 17, is a champion of youth voice, most active around issues of youth activism, anti-racism, trans inclusivity and reproductive healthcare. Audrey moves fast, having dropped out of school to pursue her GED and now studying Anatomy at CCAC. You can catch her working in many groups, including The Good Peoples Group working toward building integrity, fighting oppression and holding ourselves accountable. She is an artist, loves hedgehogs and may be one of the most compassionate young people you will meet in Pittsburgh. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
