Performance | Choir and A Cappella | TEDxLPCUWC

Choir and A Cappella are both after school activities at Li Po Chun United World College. Choir will perform a casual, yet upbeat song during the intermission, and A Cappella will perform multiple songs on stage. Choir and A cappella has a long tradition as an extracurricular activity at Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong. The Choir will be performing "Don't Stop Believin" by Journey during the intermission, and the A Cappella will be performing two pieces; a mashup of “Thinking out loud” by Ed Sheeran and “I'm not the only one” by Sam Smith as well as “Breakaway” by Kelly Clarkson. "Don't Stop Believin" is a song about working hard to achieve your dreams in this world, and earning that fresh start as a blank page. The mashup of “Thinking out loud” and “I'm not the only one” is a long song where two person finally comes together and decide to start their love story full of mysteries and romance from a blank page. “Breakaway” is a song about learning how to breakaway from all the hardships chaining us, spreading our wings, and flying to an utopia. To a blank page where we write our own destinies, a blank page where we write our own stories.
