Emily Chin performs a piece she choreographed with her trainer. After she captivates the audience with a thrilling dance, she answers a few questions on what it's like to participate on both sides of the creative process: choreographing and performing. Emily Chin started dancing at the age of 3 at Dancin’ Feet with Mrs. Bonnie.

 In 2004 she moved to Studio D directed by Rebecca Darling. In 2007 Emily moved to Fineline Theatre Arts, where she now currently resides, directed by Broadway stars and legends Elizabeth Parkinson and Scott Wise. Emily studies ballet, modern, tap, jazz, and contemporary. She has a passion and dedication for the performing arts. In 2011 Emily joined the Artists In Motion pre-professional dance company founded by Elizabeth Parkinson. Emily has had the great pleasure of working with many dance professionals and performing many great repertoire pieces. Next year, Emily will attend Connecticut College with a major in dance and minor in human development.
